"Yanelly, I am so disappointed in your poor review as you were never spoken to this way by anyone in my office. My team and I offered multiple options to increase coverages and add discounts that you refused several times. We canceled your policy like you requested just yesterday, unfortunately Kias have taken huge rate increases do to the theft and increased claims. I even told you via email we were sad to see you go but totally understood and offered to help you anytime in which you responded "thank you, I will." Amber was very compassionate with you on the phone when you asked about receiving a bill and she explained to you that when we process cancelations it can take up to 30 days for corporate to finalize the change. Please don't spread false reviews as we did everything we could to help you even though we do not set the rates, as you had a 6 month policy that renewed with an increase. Best of luck, Amie "
